FED povećale referentnu kamatnu stopu po treći put u ovoj godini. Do rasta kamatne stope na 1,5% (za 0,25 procentnih poena) došlo je zbog iznad očekivanog poboljšanja na tržištu rada (novih 228.000 radnih mesta u novembru) usled jačanja privrede SAD. Monetarna politika nastavlja postepeno prilagođavanje kojim će podsticati i u budućnosti širenje ekonomske aktivnosti, osnažiti uslove na tržištu rada, a inflaciju privesti targetiranom nivou od 2% (u srednjem roku).

Fed increased the reference interest rate for the third time this year. The increase in the interest rate to 1.5% (by 0.25 percentage points) was due to the above-expected improvement in the labor market (228,000 new jobs in November) due to the strengthening of the US economy. The monetary policy continues its gradual adjustment, which will encourage the expansion of economic activity in the future, strengthen conditions on the labor market, and bring inflation to the targeted level of 2% (in the medium term).
